On behalf of the steering Committee, we invite all African scientists and patients to participate in the 6th African Society for Primary Immunodefciency Conference on PID in IRESSEF, Diamniadio, Dakar, SENEGAL from 11-13 April 2019.

Only one percent of people with PID are diagnosed in Africa and we urgently need to find the remaining ones doing more investigations. Many thematic must be discussed during this meeting including infections, diagnosis, screening, replacement therapy, transplant, registry, Allergy, Cancer, Auto-immunity Auto-inflammation etc…

This meeting will be a great opportunity to share experiences about diagnosis, treatment, management and advocacy for PID’s.

The Conference brings together scientists involved in PID Diagnosis, treatment, awareness and research in Africa to share results, experiences and to promote collaboration. The conference builds a community of African physicians, biologist, scientists and PID patients committed to facilitating the implementation of solutions for managing PID patients.

Since the creation of ASID in 2008, the bi annual conference has become a leading scientific conference in the field of PID in Africa. At least 300 participants from many African countries will be expected to this conference in Dakar, in sub Saharan Africa.

The program of the 6th ASID Conference consists of plenary lectures to invited speakers, sponsored symposia, parallel sessions, abstract presentations, poster viewings, clinical, biological and nurse A project and exhibitions.
